Every purchase you make on www.vinitop.it implies your acceptance of the following conditions.

PRODUCTS

All the products offered for sale on www.vinitop.it are usually present in our cellar. However, the actual availability of a product is indicative, as multiple users can purchase it at the same time and sometimes the reordering time can be longer than expected. The site does not manage actual stocks, the quantities ordered may not be immediately available. In the event of partial unavailability you will be promptly notified and the bottles ordered will be available in a few days to complete your order. In the event of a lack of an ordered product, Mondovino srl may offer you to modify the order or may decide to renounce the sale. returning the amount paid in the days immediately following and in any case within a maximum of 30 days from the order.

In case of lack of ordered product, Mondovino srl will promptly notify the delivery times, without prejudice to the customer's right to cancel the order. The company may decide to renounce the sale by returning the amount paid in the days immediately following and in any case no later than ten days from the order. In agreement with the customer, Mondovino may replace the ordered product.

Each product for sale on the site is associated with a photograph of the same. Due to variations in the packaging by the manufacturer, in some cases, the photographs may not exactly reflect the appearance of the delivered product. In particular, as regards the vintage of the product, what is reported in the name of the product itself is authentic. To ensure maximum safety of shipments, all bottles are sold without their own packaging.

PRICES

The prices published on www.vinitop.it always include VAT and may be subject to periodic changes. Once the order has been placed by the customer, the price can no longer be changed by the seller.

If the wrong price of a product has been published on the site, www.vinitop.it reserves the right to renounce the sale, subject to notification to the customer.

INVOICE

If you need an invoice, you must request it before sending the order, by filling in the appropriate fields on the site. Once we have placed an order, we can no longer issue an invoice.

SHIPMENTS

Shipments are insured and when the goods are available, delivery takes place on average in 2-3 working days in Italy and from 5 to 12 working days in Europe. The operating methods and shipping rates are detailed on the Shipping page.

Shipments are entrusted to couriers from Tuesday to Friday. In no case Mondovino can be held responsible for delays or inefficiencies caused by the courier, even trying to pay the utmost attention and assistance to the customer.

PAYMENTS

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you happen to receive clearly damaged parcels, collect only the intact ones and return the damaged ones to the sender: we will take care of returning the damaged parcels, replacing them and sending you the new ones again. In case of out of stock of damaged products, we will contact you to offer you replacement products or alternatively we will give you back what you paid.

If you happen to find "defective" products, such as wines that "taste like cork", fortunately a very rare eventuality, notify ViniTop customer service, send us the defective products and we will replace them. If the products to be replaced are out of stock, we will offer you alternative products or refund the amount you paid. Note: Defective products you return must be "almost full", tightly closed so that there are no leaks in transit, and with the original caps. We will not be able to refund or replace empty products. For returns, it is best to keep the original packaging, which is absolutely safe for shipping.

Information on the right of withdrawal

Purchases on the Vinitop.it site are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Legislative Decree 21/2014, which guarantees you the right to withdraw, for any reason, from the purchase contract upon written notice within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Conditions of the right of withdrawal

The purchased good must be intact with the original packaging. The right of withdrawal is reserved only for natural persons, therefore excluding purchases made by resellers or by subjects who in any capacity purchase for resale to third parties. Shipping and related costs will be charged to the customer. Upon its arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned goods is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal) therefore we recommend the utmost attention in preparing the package, for example using the original packaging or in any case suitable for the transport of the wine to exercise this right you must send us a communication to that effect within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods and send us the goods within the following 14 days from our communication.

Procedure to follow

Send an e-mail to info@vinitop.it or registered mail or fax to 0255603717 containing the declaration of wanting to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all the requested data:
- order number and order date invoice number
- which products must be subject to withdrawal (identifying them with the article code)
- your bank details (IBAN code)

Contact us if you need a pre-filled form. Then you have to wait for a communication from our Customer Service authorizing the return.

Upon receipt of this communication, you must return the returned goods within a further 14 days to:

Repayment times

Vinitop.it undertakes to reimburse the customer within 14 calendar days of receiving the notice of withdrawal; the refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods by the operator or until the consumer demonstrates that he has sent them back, if earlier than receipt of the goods, by crediting the Customer with the amount corresponding to the value of the goods resulting from the invoice.

In the event of a total return, any shipping costs paid by the consumer at the time of the order will also be reimbursed.
