Information on the right of withdrawal
Purchases on the Vinitop.it site are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Legislative Decree 21/2014, which guarantees you the right to withdraw, for any reason, from the purchase contract upon written notice within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Conditions of the right of withdrawal
The purchased good must be intact with the original packaging.
The right of withdrawal is reserved only to natural persons, thus excluding purchases made by resellers or by subjects who in any capacity purchase for resale to third parties.
the shipment and related costs will be charged to the customer upon arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned goods is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal) therefore we recommend the maximum attention in preparing the package, for example using the original packaging or in any case suitable for the transport of the wine to exercise this right you must send us a communication to that effect within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods and send us the goods within the following 14 days from our communication.

Procedure to follow
Send an e-mail to info@vinitop.it or registered mail or fax to 0255603717 containing the declaration of wanting to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all the requested data:

- order number and order date
- invoice number
- which products must be subject to withdrawal (identifying them with the article code)
- your bank details (IBAN code)

Contact us if you need a pre-filled form
Then you have to wait for a communication from our Customer Service authorizing the return.
Upon receipt of this communication, you must return the returned goods within a further 14 days to:

Repayment times
Vinitop.it undertakes to reimburse the customer within 14 calendar days of receiving the notice of withdrawal; the refund may be suspended until the merchant receives the goods or until the consumer demonstrates that he has sent them back, whichever is the earlier. from receipt of the goods by crediting the Customer with the amount corresponding to the value of the goods resulting from the invoice. In the event of a total return, any shipping costs paid by the consumer at the time of the order will also be reimbursed.
